International media have reported that the Indian authorities have informed Canada to bring back 41 Canadian ambassadors assigned to India.
Accordingly, citing a Financial Times report, Reuters news service says that the concerned ambassadors have been notified to be recalled by October 10.
Hardeep Singh Najjar, who is considered to be a Sikh separatist leader who lived in Canada, was killed in Canada last June, and Canada accused Indian intelligence officials of involvement, but India denied the accusation.
The international media has mentioned that the conflict of opinion between the two countries is currently escalating.
And India has warned that if any of those 41 ambassadors stay in India after October 10, they will lose their ambassadorial privileges.
