There is a report from India about a young man who tried to empty the reservoir to retrieve his mobile phone which fell into a reservoir while taking a selfie with his phone.
He is a food inspector in India and used two diesel pumps to remove water from the reservoir for three days to retrieve his phone.
According to a complaint received by the irrigation officials in this regard, even when the irrigation officials arrived at the place, this person had removed 21 lakh liters of water and it is said that the amount of water removed is enough for the size of 1,500 acres of cultivated land in India.
The foreign media has further reported that water was removed to search the phone in order to obtain the essential data contained in the mobile phone, and it received the support of higher officials.
But now that person has been suspended.
