Yesterday afternoon (06) the suspect was arrested by the officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of Mt.
The arrested suspect is a 32-year-old resident of Angoda area.
At the time of arrest, several devices used to change the smoke certificate, engine number and chassis number of the motorcycle that was killed were found in the suspect’s possession and the suspect is scheduled to be produced before the Mt. Magistrate’s Court today (07).
The Mt. Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
