It is said that this 37-year-old Russian national fell ill while traveling in a tricycle with his wife and child in the Bandarawela Falls area.
It is reported that he was taken to the Demodara hospital in the same three-wheeler that arrived later and was already dead on arrival.
He has come to visit Sri Lanka on the 3rd.
