It is reported that the locals found an 8 feet long crocodile from the highway near Moratuwa Lunawa railway station at around 1 am today (12).
It is said that the footprints of this crocodile, which appear to have crossed the railway from the beach, were also seen.
The local residents have captured the crocodile and informed the Dehiwala zoo, the police and the Bellanwila branch office, but no official has come so far.
