It is reported that Indika Senarath Keerthiratne, an officer of the 3rd Sri Lanka Signal Corps, is preparing to set a Guinness record by walking from Peduruthudu to Deundaratuduwa.
He started the walk yesterday (07) and is going to complete the Guinness record by covering a distance of 578 kilometers in 12 days.
War hero Indika Senarath who commented in this regard,
“Once upon a time, the north of this small country had gone to the south. A great group of people who paved the way for that are not alive today. I am starting this work to show gratitude to them. “
