Foreign media have reported that Afghan women have been banned from entering a major national park in Bamiyan province, Afghanistan.
According to reports, women have been banned from entering the Band-e-Amir National Park, accusing women of not wearing hijab properly after entering it, and thus women have been banned from the park until a proper solution is found.
Named Afghanistan’s first park in 2009, Band e Amir Park is a popular destination among Afghan families.
