It is reported that Mr. G. L. Peiris said in the debate regarding the IMF loan facility proposal held in the Parliament yesterday (26) that the Free People’s Assembly will vote against the IMF loan facility proposal today (27).
G. is also not satisfied with the way the loan amount is used or with the interest shown by the International Monetary Fund. Mr. L. Peiris has stated.

“The International Monetary Fund should pay more attention to corruption. The Express Pearl incident is unbelievable. The fund gives us these dollars for the benefit of the people.
