It is reported that the warship “INS Delhi” belonging to the Indian Navy has arrived at the port of Colombo yesterday (01) for an official visit.
It is said that the destroyer INS Delhi, which arrived at the port of Colombo, has a length of 163.2 meters and a total of 450 ships.
School children have been given the opportunity to visit this ship and during its stay on the island, there are programs to improve the friendship between the navies as well as visits to several areas.
Also, a training exchange program has been prepared in the ship and this ship is scheduled to engage in naval exercises on the coast of the Western Naval Command with a Sri Lanka Navy ship at the time of its departure from the island on September 3.
