It is reported that another unknown person has lost his life after being hit by the Ruhunu Kumari Express train running from Maradana to Matara near Hikkaduwa, Kuruduwatta railway crossing.
The deceased was a man between 55 and 60 years of age, 05 feet tall, thin and thin, with a bald head, wearing a short-sleeved shirt with red and black squares and a saree.
The dead body has been deposited in the Karapitiya Hospital and the Hikkaduwa Police is conducting further investigations.
