It is reported that the Family Health Bureau has decided to use artificial intelligence for maternity and child clinics in Sri Lanka.
This is being implemented under a major scheme of the Canadian government and several other institutions and under the international center and Dr. Kapila Jayaratne, a community health expert, said that the basic data collection activities for this purpose will be done next month.
He further mentioned that by using artificial intelligence, doctors have the ability to predict complications that may occur to the fetus, mother and child later on.
