Due to this, the price of all materials including sand, cement, iron, wire and electrical equipment has increased, said the president of the National Construction Association M. Mr. De Paul has said.
He has also mentioned that a cube of sand has increased by 1500 rupees and a bag of cement by 300 rupees.
He has also said that the prices of some electrical appliances, including light bulbs, have increased due to the new VAT.
