It is reported that the Consumer Affairs Authority has started yesterday a program to investigate the complaints made by the public at the district level according to the proposal of Trade Minister Nalin Fernando.
The said authority mentions that a process has been unveiled to prepare a procedure in which such investigations can be conducted in 25 districts, and since the complaints directed by consumers have to come to the head office for investigation, a large number of investigations have been piled up, as a result of which the purpose of providing relief to consumers is violated. and that
