Mr. Sri Lal Priyantha, an investigative journalist who is currently staying in Geneva, says that the answer given by former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa regarding the report program on the Easter attack that was aired on Channel 4 is false.
Joining a conversation with an internet channel, he has mentioned that as shown in Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s letter, Mr. Easter Major General Suresh Sale did not stay in Sri Lanka between 2016 and 2019 and all the facts stated that he did not come are also unacceptable.
Mr. Lal Priyantha points out that Mr. Suresh Saleh was called to Sri Lanka during the relevant period to answer an investigation conducted by the FCID during the period of good governance, and it is surprising that Mr. Gotabhaya and Mr. Suresh Saleh have forgotten it. It is also mentioned that Mr. Salle had several passports.
It is also a special thing that Mr. Suresh Saleh, the head of State Intelligence, has also contributed to the preparation of the answer given by former President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa in relation to the Channel 4 video.
