It is reported that the Indian government has approved the purchase of 8.5 billion dollars worth of missiles, 50 helicopters, artillery, 200 Bramos missiles and electronic warfare equipment.
The Ministry of Defense has stated in a statement that the Security Council has approved the purchases and all these purchases will be made through Indian companies.
