It is reported that it has been decided to temporarily suspend the issuance of driving licenses from the Anuradhapura district office for today (16) and tomorrow (17).
The Department of Motor Vehicles said that this step was taken due to an emergency maintenance work being carried out at the office.
Accordingly, today (16) and tomorrow (17) the issuing of driving licenses from that office has been temporarily suspended.
The Department of Motor Transport has stated that for the clients who have made an appointment to get the services on that day, they can get the services on another day of their choice.
