It is reported that Kannaiya, the main disciple of powerful organized crime gang leaders Nipuna and Chamara, was arrested by the Police Special Task Force yesterday (08).
Also found in his possession was a locally made flintlock type firearm capable of firing T56 bullets and 100 milligrams of 31 grams of heroin.
Apart from this, it is said that this Kannaiya has been charged with 8 incidents including killing and wounding with sharp weapons.
