It is reported that an explosion took place in a toilet near the office of the Kekirawa Divisional Secretary.
The regional secretary was also in his office at the time of the explosion and neither the regional secretary nor any of the staff were injured in the explosion.
Parts of the toilet and windows have been damaged in the explosion and it is reported that the people who came for services today were in the office premises at the time of the explosion.
It is stated that further investigations regarding the incident have been started by the Kekirawa Police Station.
