The bad weather condition had also affected the neighboring Kenya and it is said that the number of deaths in that country was 76.
East African countries have been affected by torrential rain these days and many flood disasters were also reported from Somalia, which was the most affected. The number of deaths due to floods in the country has risen to 96.
According to the United Nations, it is also reported that the number of Somalis displaced by the floods exceeds 7 lakhs.
