It is reported that a 30-year-old resident of Peillawatta Adiambalam area lost his life in the shooting at Minuwangoda Boragodawatta area last night (16).
It is said that while the deceased was traveling on a motorcycle, a person who was hiding shot the deceased and fled.
It is reported that further investigations are being carried out by the Minuwangoda Police regarding the killer so far.
It is said that a magisterial inquiry and a post-mortem are to be conducted in the incident.
