It is reported that President Ranil Wickremesinghe has left for Australia for an official visit.
The President’s Media Division has stated that the President left for Australia early this morning (08) to deliver the keynote speech at the 7th Indian Ocean Conference being held in Perth, Australia.
The Indian Ocean Conference is scheduled to be held in Perth, Australia on two days tomorrow (09) and the next day (10).
According to an official invitation of the Indian Foundation and the Australian Government, President Ranil Wickremesinghe will join the visit, the Presidential Media Division has stated.
It is said that the President is also going to look into the investment opportunities available to Sri Lanka during the visit.
