It is reported that two unknown persons broke into the house of a British woman and stole a pair of diamond studded earrings, a diamond pendant and a sum of 3400 rupees from her.
The robbers broke into the house in Nagoda area where the two robbers lived and threatened to kill them and looted the property and the total value of the looted property is reported to be 1,603,400 rupees. The foreign woman has complained to the Rathgama Police regarding the incident and it is said that the officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Rathgama Police have started extensive investigations to find the suspects.
