It is reported that the Director General of the Asian Development Bank’s South Asia Department, Mr. Kenichi Yokoyama, had a special discussion with Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, yesterday (09) at the opposition leader’s office.
It is said that the opposition leader, who explained the economic crisis faced by the country, has made a request to the Director General of the South Asian Department of the Asian Development Bank to support the development of the country.
They have expressed that they expect the Asian Development Bank to support Sri Lanka by targeting a number of fields.
