According to the information received by the Police Special Task Force officers, during a raid conducted in Minuwangoda, Wagowwa, Goldencitywatta area, a close relative of two drug smugglers and organized criminals living abroad, Nuresh Supun Dayaratne alias Heenatyana Mahesh and Avishka, was arrested and a T56 firearm and 3 bullets were found in his possession. A bag full of ammunition has been taken into police custody.
