It is reported that the Ministry of Investment Promotion announced that foreign investments of two billion dollars are expected this year, of which 22 businesses worth 604 million dollars have already been received in Sri Lanka.
Accordingly, the ministry has further stated that more businesses have been received in the country in the fields of agriculture, construction, industry, etc., and more attention has been paid to attracting foreign direct investment.
