A news of the death of a 7-year-old school student due to an electrical leak in the refrigerator is reported from Matara-Dikhwella-Dandeniya area.
After his pencil fell behind the refrigerator, the student was electrocuted when he came into contact with the net part while trying to retrieve it.
It is revealed that an old electrical system was installed in the house and that the main system of the house was not disconnected at that time.
