It is reported that a young woman who was residing in a house in a Mt. apartment complex fell down from an upper floor and died early this morning (09).
According to reports, the deceased is a resident of England.
She identified a law student residing in Wellawatta area through Facebook social media and later started a love relationship between the two. She has rented a house in the relevant housing complex on Mt. Alwis Mawatha, which was booked online, and she came to Sri Lanka last April and has been residing there.
The Mount Police says that she was supposed to go back to England tomorrow (10) and an argument took place between the two early today (09).
The Mt. Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
