It is reported that two girls who were detained in an orphanage in Gampola area by the probation officers on an order given by the Kandy Magistrate Court have left the orphanage yesterday (20) without any notice.
In this regard, the warden of the orphanage has submitted a complaint to the Gampola Police Station.
It is said that these two girls are sisters of the same family residing in Nittavel Road area, Kandy and the two girls are 15 years old and nine years old.
