During a recent discussion between Chamuditha Samarawickrema and Ranjivi de Silva, Minister of Tourism Prasanna Ranatunga accused him of forcibly taking over lands.
However, Mr. Chamuditha Samarawickrema had a discussion with the Minister of Tourism to express his views on these allegations as well as to discuss the true falsity of those allegations.
The Minister stated that all the statements made by her were false and that he had not forcibly recruited any land.
This issue has arisen regarding a land in Thalawathugoda area.
However, the Minister stated that he has the legal title to the land and that he has all the necessary documents to do so.
The Minister pointed out that there was a political hand behind these false allegations and cast doubt on a particular political party during the discussion.
