The father of Nadun Chinthaka or “Harak Kata” who is to be deported from Madagascar to Sri Lanka has submitted a complaint to the Human Rights Commission yesterday (13).
. That is under complaint number HRC / HO / 1122 / 23.
The father of “Harak Kata” has submitted this complaint to the Human Rights Commission stating that his son is in custody without a fair trial like Makadure Madush, Kosgoda Taraka etc. and that his son is in danger of being killed. Also, through that complaint, the Sri Lanka Human Rights Commission has been requested to intervene in the protection of his son.
Criminals should also be served justice by legal means and not by illegal means. Previously, the security forces of Sri Lanka had killed in an illegal manner. The news that caused a stir recently was the killing of Madush in Makadure. It is not clear whether they assume that criminals have not been born through such killing or to prevent the disclosure of the government officials including ministers who helped the criminals.
However, what the Sri Lanka Police should do is to find out who are the government officials and politicians who are helping to create criminals and take legal action. It is even more frightening that even if the criminal is killed, the criminals who created them are hiding in the society. Therefore, the law should also be applied to the “harak kata” or nadun thinkers in regular ways and the politicians and security officials who helped them and made them into huge criminals should be disclosed to the society.
Earlier, we have revealed through a news that there is a plan to kill “Cattle Cat”. The news is below.
