The police made this anonymous phone call to journalist Nimal Jayaratne on the phone number 0729199512 at around 10 pm on the 5th on the basis of an incident of excavating treasures in a residence of a monk who died in an accident while staying at the historic Dimbulagala Aranya Senasana. says
In that call, it has been mentioned that a group of retired army soldiers had previously reported about a treasure hunt in the Kosgaha spring area of the historical Dimbulagala Forest Reserve and that whole families would be killed if they did not report the looting of the treasures of the historical Dimbulagala Forest Reserve.
However, just as the historic Kosgahaulpatha treasure incident was reported, Nimal Jayaratne and his wife’s children will be killed if the treasure hunt in the Dimbulagala Forest Reserve is not reported.
